IT SEEMS gasoline prices are cooling off this summer as it dropped another 15 cents yesterday at all Mobil gas stations from $4.42 to $4.27 for a regular gallon of unleaded gas.
Prices at Shell and 76 gas stations remain unchanged as of press time, but the companies are expected to drop their prices today and match the current fuel price.
This is the third time gas prices went down this month. In June 5, Mobil lead the price drop of 25 cents, going from $4.77 to $4.52. In June 19, Mobil again led the price drop by 10 cents from $4.52 to $4.42.
According to Variety news files, residents began to see gas prices go down by 10 cents in May 21. Regular unleaded gas went from $4.87 a gallon to $4.77.
