3 arrested for robbing Golden Motel

THREE men are behind bars for allegedly robbing Golden Motel in Tamuning just before the weekend.

According to Guam Police Department acting spokesman Sgt. Mike Aguon, officers from the Tamuning Precinct arrived at the establishment late Thursday night and observed a vehicle with three men inside leaving the parking lot.

Officers followed the vehicle and directed the driver to pull over. A check was made with the individual who reported the robbery. The individuals inside the vehicle were identified by the victim and were arrested.

Ignacio Joseph Mesgnon Gumataotao was charged with first degree armed robbery and burglary.

Daniel Paul Gumataotao was charged with first degree armed robbery, burglary, terrorizing, aggravated assault, and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.

Darwn Cruz Pondivida was charged with first degree robbery and criminal facilitation. They were all booked and confined.
