In response to Dr. Tom Poole's Letter to the Editor, "Allied health board defended" (6.18.2012):
I OFFER the following verifiable data.
Dr. Poole states he wants to "spread the truth." Well, here is the truth. Dr. Poole had to sit outside of all the meetings he says he attended – since witnesses are not allowed in the room. So much for his knowledge of what went on.
He brings up the stalking and etc. issues. Even Dr. Harper has admitted under oath that she was not at these bars where I supposedly stalked her (as if being in the same bar is "stalking"). How can one be convicted of stalking when there was no one there to stalk?
Poole says there are different people on each board. Well, Mamie Balajadia, Sybil Crisostomo, Vince Pereda and Dr. Harper have been on them all (it only takes three votes to convict). Oh, excuse me, Dr. Harper changed from judge to witness for the present board several days after the hearing started. She did this when the board decided her testimony – as a witness – would aid them more in convicting me, since they already had three assured votes. Problem is you can't be both a judge and a witness; it simply creates an unfair trial.
Did Dr. Poole mention that Dr. Harper's employees perjured themselves by stating I was in Guam when my passport and airline permits show differently? Did Dr. Poole mention that the Senate oversight committee, Gov. Calvo's aide and the USDA have all told him these same statements he has made are inaccurate?
If anyone believes this entire charade is not political...

Ive heard the same thing straight from the "doctors" mouth as a matter of fact.. yes ive had chance to spend personal time with him on many occasions, and I wouldnt trust him if my life depended upon it..and dont buy his line about only receiving a nominal salary..theres other ways he makes his money, he doesnt have to cut himself an official check..
I will be blunt, I know of no male bovines that contain as much fecal material as what you espouse.
Dear Mr. Phelps,
This is America and Mr Cruz is allowed to speak out. This is what I am fighting for - our rights as Americans. I do think however that if he cannot back up his words the MV is the one to decide if he can continue to comment.
To Dr. Poole,
With your recent declaration that you will violate the judges decision and not honor health certificates; you violate everything honorable and just. Your declarations that Dr. Joseph lost his license is simply a lie as I have not lost my license even for 1 day. I now realize your personal agenda is paramount for you, regardless of how many people you drag down with you. I wish those good people the best.
I think it is OK to speak your mind but unfortunately you are speaking lies. He actually has over 19 employees and if you knew anything you would know - Dr. Joseph's salary is $26,000/yr. Check it out, he is just like one of us regular people and the cool thing is he really doesn't care to become rich. Your statement of what the TSA man said - I will challenge you have him come forward and the excuse that he doesn't want to doesn't hold water.
I am beginning to see the reality of Dr. Joseph's statements that this is political and being run or simply permitted to happen - out of the offices of the Lt Governor and Governor.
I looked into the Maime Balajadis qualifications issue and Dr. Joseph is right that anyone who aides in keeping her in office is guilty of a FELONY. This would mean that the top 3 people in this government - the Gov, Lt Gov, and AG - are now all guilty of a felony. So who is going to prosecute them or conduct an honest investigation into it. I think the AG office has already proved it can't. Let's see what the upcoming Republicans will do - if they want my vote.
